Don’t risk it with Windows 2003

Microsoft’s support for all versions of Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2003 R2 ended on 14 July 2015. No more updates and patches will be released for this operating system, meaning that the risk is very high that your servers will become less stable and may no longer meet security requirements.

Don’t try to reinvent the wheel

SPS, an expert in IT infrastructures, has developed a migration service that can be tailored to your situation. Of course, we have standardised the steps where possible; thanks to our extensive Windows knowledge and experience, migration will be carried out efficiently.

Good preparation

We review and examine existing servers and hypervisors to determine whether the physical servers are suitable for the new operating system. We examine whether client systems and applications are suitable to work with servers running the new operating system. We work with you to decide which operating system you should upgrade to.

The migration

Of course, we perform the migration, check the Active Directory and arrange patches for the new servers. We determine the approach for each server and/or application configuration, possibly in cooperation with the application vendor. A detailed action plan is drawn up for your organisation.

Away from Exchange 2003

Hopefully, you have already said goodbye to Microsoft Exchange 2003. If not, then this migration is urgently required. Support is long since expired, ever since 8 April 2014. Don’t try to reinvent the wheel; instead, rely on our experience.
